Chair Sandra Hess Moll smoll@mchenry.edu Sandra is the Director of Employment Services and Coordinator of Affirmative Action at McHenry County College. Her educational background includes Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas; and has 15+ years of experience in the field of HR. Secretary Annette Czech a-czech@northwestern.edu Annette Czech is a Compensation/Management Analyst at Northwestern University. She has over 20 years of experience in human resources primarily in the field of compensation consulting for both for- and non-profit organizations. Her clients have recently expanded to include institutions of higher education as she completed projects at Rush University Medical Center for a year before beginning at Northwestern in 2008. She holds an undergraduate degree in economics from Northwestern University and has taught job analysis, job evaluation methods and compensation system design at the University of Illinois; and HRIS design and development at the General Motors Institute in Flint, MI. Her book Modernizing Your Personnel Management System was published Alexander Hamilton Institute, Inc. and she holds copyright to the Human Resources Management Software System (a commercially marketed HRIS).	Membership Coordinator Mark Overmier zorkahn@illinois.edu Mark is the Manager of System Services, Network Administrator and Webmaster for Staff Human Resources at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He is also the Webmaster for Illinois CUPA. He is a 1995 graduate of Eastern Illinois University
Treasurer Nicole Ralph Nicole.Ralph@llcc.edu Nicole is the Director of Employment Benefits at Lincoln Land Community College. She has been in the field of Human Resources for over ten years - all in higher education. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.	Immediate Past Chair Lou Ester Petty Lpetty@uic.edu LouEster is a HR Assistant Manager at UIC-Department of Psychiatry-Human Resources and former HR Officer for the UIC Medical Center-HR. She has over 19 years in HR, former State of Illinois Educator and management experience. Her educational background includes, BS Education/Business Administration from Northern Illinois University and graduate studies at NIU. Lou Ester has served as Chapter Chair from August 2006-June 2007. She is looking forward to recruiting and retaining HR professionals for the 21st Century in CUPA-HR. Her motto is "making a difference in your own career development."
