in this section manage records and information systems related to
personnel transactions such as employment, seniority, leaves of absence,
terminations and changes of status and maintain the official employee
files.
Processes personnel transactions
including new hires, employment changes, leaves of absence,
terminations, and retirements to ensure all federal, state, and
University guidelines are followed. Processes employment benefits such
as sick leave, vacation, and tuition waivers. Coordinates the campus
level service recognition program.
Services include:
- implementing bargaining unit contracts
- tracking employee seniority
- administering the shared benefit
program for staff employees
- processing employee and dependent
tuition waivers
